Steve Crew

Steve Crew joined Mark O’Donnell and Kelly Clark as a partner in 2007, and immediately became the firm’s principle trial attorney.

In a world where seasoned trial attorneys are becoming a rarity, Steve has been the lead attorney in over 100 jury trials.  In fact, he obtained the largest antitrust jury verdict ever decided in the Pacific Northwest. The famous $84 Million verdict against Weyerhaeuser reflects Steve’s ability to win against a timber giant possessing unlimited resources.

The lawyers in the greater Metropolitan Portland area recognize Steve as a premier litigator with a flawless reputation.  As a result, Steve has a ‘Preeminent’ AV Rating by Martindale Hubbell.  He also has been chosen as an Oregon Super Lawyer for four consecutive years – an award limited to the top 5% of all Oregon lawyers.

Steve Crew specializes in business, commercial, and personal injury litigation. He has represented businesses and individuals in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies for over thirty years. Steve’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including actions involving forest products and tobacco.  He is also a strong advocate for survivors of childhood sexual abuse.  With every settlement or jury verdict, he and his team are helping his clients stand up to their abusers and the organizations of trust who allow those predators to continue their abuse.

Steve has represented individuals and businesses, prosecuting and defending claims for professional malpractice, violations of antitrust and securities laws, environmental contamination, breaches of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, fraud, product liability, real estate transactions, lender liability and other business torts.

Prior to his move to O'Donnell Clark & Crew LLP, Steve was a partner in the Portland firm of Ramis, Crew and Corrigan, LLP.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School, a Business Administration degree from University of Oregon and an International Business Certificate from the Netherlands School of International Business.
