Dan Chandler
Dan Chandler is a land use and permitting lawyer who represents property owners, developers and others. Dan’s practice includes local land use hearings, state and local permitting and litigation related to land use rights.
Dan’s recent successes include permitting the largest Planned Unit Development in the State of Oregon, and guiding a group of developers and the City of North Plains through a successful Urban Growth Boundary Amendment to provide land for 20 years of growth. Dan has participated in hundreds of quasi judicial hearings throughout the Northwest, and regularly represents clients in state and federal courts.
Dan graduated from Harvard Law School with honors in 1989.
